It was a pleasure to deal with Jet Solar from start to finish. I dealt with Adam who designed our system and helped me apply for the relevant government subsidies/rebates. He explained how the process would work and kept me updated with installation dates etc. The installation team were very professional and did a great job, making the installation as neat as possible and leaving the site clean and tidy afterwards. Very friendly and explained everything once installed, again a pleasure to deal with. The electrical inspector signed off the system 1.5 days later and we have been generating lots of our own electricity ever since! We have been completely satisfied from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend the team at Jet Solar, definitely 5/5 stars. Cheers, Joe. ~ 89vantage

Communication post sale and pre instal were excellent. The installation was smooth, very professional and friendly, giving me confidence in the quality of the system and service. The team was great. Post instal, though, communication has been atrocious! I have left many, many messages, texts, emails about helping me connect the inverter to wifi/app (as I hadn't had wifi yet when the instal occurred and Jason said to call him as he's nearby and he'd come and help me set it up), but no one has ever bothered to return my calls or messages. I'm at my wits end as to how to get my inverter connected to my wifi so I can monitor the solar production. Follow up note: I did receive a response, and my issue has been sorted! So I've upgraded my rating to 5 stars, as deserved! ~ Aileen

If you choose this company to install your solar system, you won't regret it. They were polite to deal with and their installation work was of the highest standard. They truly deliver. As a retired tradesmen I notice straight away if things are squint or not vertical when they should be. The tradespeople they employ were punctual, smartly dressed in the company uniform and just did their work extremely well. I'm not being paid or receiving anything to leave this feedback. I have no doubt that others in my situation would gladly volunteer similar words. In an industry that has had some shonky players it is really good to find a thoroughly professional outfit and for that reason praise is truly warranted. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. Not only did they do an amazing job hooking up our 3 solar systems to our Tesla battery they also set it up for blackout ready the same day. Last night our battery did as it was designed stepped in when we seemed to have had a grid outage. On further inspection we found out that our main fuse box had burnt out. I immediately called Jason he was there in 30 min made our property safe, called United and explained and reported the fault. He remained on-site until United energy arrived and assisted with them sourcing the fault. Our Tesla battery for some strange reason shut down completely. When power was restored Jason worked on the battery and got it back up and working. Extremely great full for their help and assistance. ~ KYM S

We have just had our solar upgraded by Jet Solar. I will be honest and say there were some issues at the start. But that's ok. It was largely beyond their control. What gets them 5 stars is the teams on the ground. Tighe came back on his own to push the job along. Our fusebox is full and not easy to work on. And yet he stayed until the job was done. And then on Friday 18th October, Cyrina and her team won the day. It was pouring, wild weather and thunderstorms. But they pushed on and finished the job off with time left over. I am so impressed at the teams dedication and loyalty!!! It's this that keeps the 5 star rating. My thanks to Adam Jason and Scott for their time and effort. We will be needing a battery in the new year!! So we will be back. I highly recommend Jet Solar. ~ Zardoz

Edit 2026-01-09: I have installed SunGrow 30kWh battery with JetSolar now too. They’ve done a great and prompt job. There was just enough follow up for me to know what's going on, when the install will happen, and how it's going to go. The team performing install was professional and did the job very well. I am happy I chose JetSolar and would again. --- Original review: Have been working with JetSolar to install a 6.6kWh system (that I bumped up to 7.6kWh system). Had great experience working with Adam to get a quote and determine needs. Had just as great experience with Paul doing the install. We knew nothing about the process and Adam was very thorough in explaining and sending us all the info we needed to decide. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I was recommended to this company by Solar Quotes, very happy with the decision to go with them! Adam has done a fantastic job of looking after us throughout the entire process, start to end. Very, very attentive and responsive to all the questions I had along the way. Paul and Jason's team - incredibly friendly and professional. The installation took less than a day and a half, start to finish! It is looking very neat and clean. Even our yard - spick and span, no rubbish in sight after the team packed up and left. My Powerwall 3 was installed on 21 January and paired with the Tesla app on my mobile. Almost immediately, it became obvious that there was a problem as the battery was not charging while surplus power was being exported to the grid. I contacted Jet Solar the next day and immediately the team swung into action. I had a call from the team who advised that an update to the battery software was required. This was done there an then and a few minutes later, the battery was being charged. Since then, I have had a number of follow-up calls to make sure the system was working properly and that I was happy with the response from the company. It is refreshing to meat an business that actually has Customer Service. I’m very happy with Solar Jet ! From my first call, Adam made sure my battery was installed on my preferred date despite their busy schedule and offered support after the job was done. Even though we were based on Taylors Hill and the company is in Rowville, they still accommodated us without any hassle. Paul and his team were courteous, respectful and patient in answering all my concerns, even replacing a broken circuit breaker at no cost. I really admire Paul’s honesty, he gave me practical advice that would help me save money instead of trying to upsell. The team also left our garage spotless. The Team at Jet Solar were fantastic to deal with from the start of the process dealing with Adam and getting a system priced and designed, to the installation by Paul, Tighe and Gary, we could not have been happier with the experience. The Team were very polite, friendly, professional, punctual and tidy with the work carried out. They were happy to answer any questions asked about the installation, and also arranged for connection to the grid with Inspector for approval on the same day. Everything was cleaned up after installation to the point where I did not have to do anything, and they took away all empty boxes and rubbish. Great people and great work. Found Jet Solar on SolarQuotes, not the cheapest, but I’m more than glad that I have chosen these guys. They are ranked #1 for some good reasons. Adam was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process, we discussed various options and costs, very knowledgeable and experienced support. Paul and his team of 3 did the job in one day, quite compact considering the complexity of work, restricted access of main switchboard and also far from the power meter. Took away all the rubbish and cleaned up well. Inspector came in 2 days and system went live without any issues. 3 weeks so far and already making a significant difference in power bill! Working with Adam, Jason and the team has been a fantastic experience. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning since I have heard bad news regarding dodgy and shifty installer, but boy I did not make a mistake by engaging Jet Solar to install the panels in my property. Jet Solar also has arranged the inspector to come in the same day so I can straightaway use the system on day one !, Even my friends were surprised that Jet Solar was able arrange it on the same day. At the end of the day, you get what you pay, yes they are more expensive, but with that you will get a good service and good quality installation, the last thing that you want to get is a shifty installation and a damage system/property. ~ Bartoq R

Was a very positive eperience with Jet Solar. Adam was very responsive getting us a quote and booking us for an install. Jason and his team arrived right on schedule on the day and gave me a brief rundown of the work involved before proceeding to do an excellent job installing the panels and microinverters. Jason even proposed a neater panel layout on the roof when they were installing them. They also managed to accomodate my request to wire a network cable from the enphase unit in the garage to a patch panel in our living room with hardly any fuss even though i knew the wiring in the wall was pretty crowded.A roof tile got broken but thankfully we had a replacement lying around. I wholeheartedly recommend Jet Solar for their professional service and excellent work. Adam is a good bloke, acts very professional despite myself being very casual with communication. He is a firm and fair salesman that probably has nothing but Gantt charts on his mind all day! The entire Jet Solar team has great aptitude in resolving any barriers that pop up, be it PV panel layout, help with disposal or regulations. The on-site teams from Jet Solar are amazingly quick and focused. They were quite friendly and professional in answering any questions I had. For the quoting process I was assisted by Adam who made clear everything that needed to happen. He was very helpful and not pushy as a salesperson. When time came for installation, Scott managed the install professionally in a timely manner. To top it off, they arranged the inspector to come the following day so solar was producing within 24 hours of the panels being installed. All in all it was a case of under promise, over deliver. They highlighted the worst case scenarios (installation not being until January and then perhaps needing an additional day to continue installation once it was started), but then showed themselves to be very efficient and capable. ~ Reuben W

We recently had a 8kw system installed in February. Excellent service from beginning to end. Adam was our first point of contact, guiding us through our options. He was very honest and practical about what could and couldn't be achieved with consideration to the roof positioning. Install day the team (in house) arrived on time and Paul provided constant communication and updates regarding the install process. Inspector arrived the next day and our system was up and running 24 hours after install. Everything was done to high standards and we are very happy with the results (no sign of any wiring!). Fantastic experience. Adam was extremely helpful and profession from day one. Provided me with the right advice and did not up sell me in anyway. I wanted more panels and he explained to me why it would be a waste of money right now due to shading of my property. Was very patient and answered all of my questions promptly. On day of installation they showed up on the day and on the time they said that would. Jason was fantastic with running me through the process and provided me options on the day also. An amazing company - great service, great quality, great work. On initial contact, Adam took the time to answer questions, he provided multiple quotes for different inverters / panels and explained everything in detail. I got three quotations and prices varied by $5,000 from the cheapest to the most expensive. The Jet Solar quotation was somewhere in the middle, it was well presented and Adam was very helpful. He discussed the various options and made suggestions to get the optimum panel arrangement on my tricky house roof shape. I researched the company, the inverter and roof panel brands and found them to be well supported products with good reviews. So Jet Solar was my choice. Scott and his team turned up promptly on the scheduled day and had efficiently installed everything by 2:30 p.m. with no problems. He explained the working of the system and helped me install the app on my phone to enable me to monitor the system output. The inspector came two days later and the system was up and working. Had a really great experience with Jet Solar. Adam from sales was super responsive and very friendly to communicate with. Gave us a bunch of info and always called to explain everything and answer all our questions. Installation went very smoothly, we had Paul and his team come out and completed all the work by 2:00pm on the day. Everything was left really tidy and boys were very friendly and professional whilst going about their work. Had the system running for around 4 weeks and even despite some pretty average weather we've seen a clear difference in our bill even before the feed in tariff has been set up yet.
