Customer's reviews
I couldn't be happier with my experience using Jet Solar. From the initial planning right through to installation day, Adam, Jason, and the entire team were absolute professionals.
They arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the day, and executed a remarkably neat and clean installation. You can tell they take genuine pride in their work.
What really stood out, though, was their customer service. The team went above and beyond while up on the roof, spotting and replacing several tiles that were already cracked and broken from before they even started the job. That kind of care and honesty is hard to find.
If you're looking for a reliable, skilled solar installer that does the job right without cutting corners, I can't recommend the Jet Solar team highly enough!

This is the third time I’ve engaged the Jet Solar team, and once again they didn’t disappoint.
After realising that a DC-coupled battery wasn’t going to handle the discharge requirements of my system and that an AC-coupled, 3-phase battery was the better option, I was more than happy to go back to Adam to discuss the possibilities. Adam provided a few options, and we ultimately chose a Sigenergy system.
The installation team were excellent. They discussed different installation options with us, provided plenty of input, and worked with us to arrive at the best location, ultimately installing the battery neatly in the garage.
Really happy with the advice, workmanship and support from Adam and the Jet Solar team. Having used them three times now, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We had a great experience with Jet Solar and would recommend them to anyone thinking of installing solar. We knew nothing about the process and Adam was very thorough in explaining and sending us all the info we needed to decide. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Paul and his team installed our system in just half a day with no problems whatsoever and were very friendly too! We are now up and running with solar energy and the whole process was seamless, which was big relief. Fantastic company to deal with, and I especially appreciated that the people I talked to were the people doing the work - they don't employ contractors to carry out the work. Gives me great peace of mind. Thank you for making this big financial decision an easy and stress-free experience!
